One binding arbitration case from filing to signed award. That covers case intake, evidence storage, a neutral arbitrator, and the final signed award.
Our procedural rules and timetables are built to reach an award in about two weeks. The exact timeline depends on the ruleset the case is filed under and whether the respondent participates.
No. The platform is designed for non-lawyers to file independently. Every case is governed by published procedural rules and decided by a neutral arbitrator.
Yes. Awards are issued under the Federal Arbitration Act and enforceable in state and federal courts.
You can buy single cases as a one-off each time, but if you expect more than a handful per month, a subscription is almost always better economics. Reach out and we'll walk you through enterprise pricing.
No. The $99 pays for the filing and arbitrator time, which happen whether or not the respondent participates. If the respondent does not take part, the case proceeds without them: the arbitrator reviews your evidence and issues an award on the merits. There is no automatic award, and you still need to prove your claim.
