One binding arbitration case from filing to signed award. That covers case intake, evidence storage, a neutral arbitrator, and the final signed award.
The exact timeline depends on the ruleset the case is filed under and whether the respondent participates.
No. The platform is designed for non-lawyers to file independently. Every case is governed by published procedural rules and decided by a neutral arbitrator.
Yes. Awards are binding under our published Rules. A party can ask a court to confirm the award, which turns it into a court judgment, where there is a valid agreement to arbitrate or otherwise.
You can buy single cases as a one-off each time, or buy in bulk: 50 cases for $2,500 ($50 per case) or 1,000 cases for $10,000 ($10 per case). If you expect steady volume every month, reach out and we'll walk you through enterprise pricing.
No. The $99 pays for the filing and arbitrator time, which happen whether or not the respondent participates. If the respondent does not take part, the case proceeds without them: the arbitrator reviews your evidence and issues an award on the merits. There is no automatic award, and you still need to prove your claim.
